How to start Transformation projects and what are the challenges of these projects?
Each company has its own challenges when they are going to start projects, especially transformation projects and even by defining the meaning of “transformation”. To get a common understanding and to define common goals, three simple questions should be discussed:
The “Why”
The “How”
And the “What”

How to find the right set-up of the future IT-Architecture and IT-Implementation guidelines?
There is no blueprint for an ideal IT Architecture, as all companies are different. But from my point of view: What is valid for all companies? The IT Architecture is “following” the business processes and the needs of a company, right?

You have already started your transformation program/project some months ago, but have you ever evaluated, if you are still on track? What about an outside-in view (Quality Assurance, Health Check, or sparring) support on your program/project?
Are you currently running a project? Do you feel comfortable with the progess and the approach what you are currently doing or could it be more enhanced? Is your defined target and time-line still valid and is this in your focus or are you discussing regularly “nitty-gritty” things and maybe you need anyone who help you to set your focus?
