In professional life
Christian has seen and supported a lot of transformation projects, e.g., starting with discussions on strategic level with the according stakeholders to set frames and targets, designing the project roadmap, incl. project set-up (structure, governance) and set the guidelines for the future IT-architecture and IT-development guidelines. He supported clients also during the software evaluation process and during the vendor/implementation partner selection process. In addition, he was program/project manager in transformation projects and acted also as Subject Matter Expert. In the last three years, Christian acted as sparring partner and challenger in running transformation projects to bring in his expertise (out-side-in-view), to challenge e.g., the current project set-up and governance, the delivery approach or proposed target solutions (IT-Architecture and solution approaches).
In private life
Christian is a sportsman and as Christian is living close to the Alps (Bad Reichenhall, Bavaria, Germany), in the wintertime, he is doing alpine skiing and ski touring. In the summertime Christian is cycling a lot and for more than 40 years he is a sailor and is participating on regattas. To be successful in sailing, esp. in regattas, you need to be a team-player, to act in a team and to perform as a team. This behavior and mindset is also something, what Christian is bringing to his clients and projects. He is a teamplayer, and he is convinced, that the best solutions and approaches can be just developed together in a team. Success is mostly just possible in a good collaboration and communication across all involved stakeholders, where all involved parties are respected and acting on eye-level.
